Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned goods will be either exchanged or refunded (less the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred). We regret we are unable to refund sale items.
All items returned within 7 days of receipt will be eligible for a full refund. Any customers returning items after 7 but within 14 days will be issued a store credit for the return amount.
Returned goods must be in their original condition with all garment tickets and tags attached, unworn and unwashed and capable of re-sale. In the case of footwear please ensure the box is included and undamaged as this part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns Procedure
You are responsible for arranging and the costs of return shipping. Please ensure that all returns are sent with a trackable and insured service, and that the returned items are well and securely packaged, as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.
